TO GUIDE THE
MOUNTAIN LAKES DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS, COMMITTEES AND PROPERTY OWNERS IN AREAS
OF EXISTING AND FUTURE NEEDS RELATING TO HOUSING, LAND, WATER, RECREATION,
HEALTH, SAFETY AND GENERAL WELFARE IN AN EFFICIENT AND ECONOMIC PROCESS
REPRESENTING THE MOUNTAIN LAKES DISTRICT PROPERTY
OWNERS.
This
is consistent with the purposes contained in the

“Mountain Lakes Five (5) Year Plan”, to provide guidance for the future growth
of the Community, was formulated in 1988 and updated in 1992 by a cross section
of property owners in a committee of sixteen (16) members and another seventeen
(17) resource people. This document
